I had booked a flat in Brigade Orchards, Kino at Devanahalli. I had given an initial booking amount of Rs 50,000 on 23, Dec 2024. Due to the absence of the floor plan, there was a confusion of the flat facing and the floor plan was not shared to me. I had then cancelled the booking as I was interested in the flat facing on 26th, Dec 2024.
As per the MOU, there is no restriction in returning the initial booking amount and the booking amount will be retained by Brigade post payment of the 10% token advance. The MoU is not executed as 10% token advance was not paid.
On repeated mails to here4you@brigadegroup.com, there is no response from the brigade. Request to return the initial booking amount of Rs. 50,000 at the earliest.
